What You'll Do
The role of Program Director has oversight of the Marketing Excellence Program (MEP) service line under Capability Building Business Unit. MEP is a comprehensive program equivalent to a Marketing University that equips a marketing organization with the critical foundational skills a comprehensive program.
The Program Director (PD) is responsible on the development of customized program design that address Client’s training needs during Business Development Phase. The role’s scope includes oversight on IP development as well as the onboarding, enablement and accreditation of MEP Faculty and Content Developers.
Qualifications
- At least 20 years' work experience with 15 years on Brand Marketing.
- Passionate about talent development / capability building as a means to deliver business results.
- Interested in customizing Marketing training modules using Acumen Marketing processes and frameworks.
- Has experience in Brand Management in Multinational or Large Local Companies.
- Has experience as a Faculty teaching Brand Marketing.
