What You'll Do

The Project Assistant is responsible for providing effective and efficient coordination and delivery of project materials and logistics. His/her responsibilities include timely and efficient project execution by leading the day-to-day administrative tasks of each project assigned. As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Project Support

  • Provide accurate data on files and documents delivered to management and clients.
  • Provide back-end support for project logistics, materials and learning platforms.
  • Coordinate with Client counterpart for project needs
  • Collect and collate Stakeholder Feedback (participants, faculty & PM)

2. Stakeholder Management and Satisfaction

  • Prepare the necessary logistical requirements that will support an overall positive participant learning experience.
  • As needed, support smooth execution of on-site project implementation

3. Reports & Documentation

  • 100% complete pre/during/post training documentation, evaluation, and feedback data within agreed service-level agreement
  • Preliminary processing and quality control of raw data prior to handover to Project manager
  • Collation of project data and materials in preparation for archiving

Who You'll Work With

You will report directly to the Capability Building Operations Manager and will work alongside other Project Assistants, and project team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in project, administrative, and logistical support of projects
  • Experience in using online/virtual office, learning, and collaboration tools such as Zoom, MS Office O365
  • Experience in Activation and Events is an advantage
  • Experience in LMS is a plus
  • A strong desire to learn, adapt and significantly contribute to the growth of the company
