What You'll Do

Acumen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Faculty member to join our Capability Building Business Unit. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering top-notch training sessions and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. As the representative of Acumen within the training engagement, you will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, delivering high-quality content, and exceeding participant expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions:

    • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and share.
    • Utilize effective instructional methods and technology to keep participants engaged throughout the training.
    • Adapt content and delivery based on participant needs and feedback.
    • Provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts.

    2. Assess participant learning and progress:

    • Design and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure effectiveness.
    • Provide constructive feedback to participants on their performance.
    • Track individual and group progress throughout the training program.

    3. Ensure Client Satisfaction:

      • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
      • Proactively manage expectations and address any concerns.
      • Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training programs.
      • Deliver all assessments and required documents on time and in accordance with client specifications.

      4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs:

        • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and update training materials.
        • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis training.
        • Share insights and recommendations for program improvement.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Minimum 15 years' experience in a Brand or Marketing role.
        • At least 5 years' experience in a General Manager or Marketing Director role.
        • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful training programs.
        • Solid understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
        • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
        • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and participants.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
        • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
        • Experience working in a multinational company or large local company with P&L responsibility.
        • Passion for learning and development.
